I know, I know..it will eventually happen, enjoy him while he's a baby, blah blah blah.
we are just plain old exhausted & grumpy from being exhausted.
See, with Owen we didn't have this problem. He literally slept all night from day one, give & take a few random nights. We had him in our room maybe for the first month?
Jake is going on being in our room for 7 1/2 months. He wakes up anywhere from one to four times a night. He eats at least once during those times.
During the day we literally stuff him like a turkey! He eats 4 "meals" and 2 bottle feedings a day.
sigh.
Saturday night my father in-law came up to take Derek to some wood show the next day. While they were gone all day, the little boys & I ventured across town to do a little Easter shopping.
This is probably the last year I can get easter, Christmas, bday etc. things with Owen around since he's starting to figure it out.
Speaking of Easter...Jakey's tiny tom's came in the mail the other day! I can't get over how cute they are & how we get to help another little boy who needs shoes.
I opened them up & had to try them on him. Then back in the box they went until
Nap time is quickly wasting away & I have 20 million things to get done!
my brother in-law and sister in-law will be here tonight & I couldn't be more excited!!

Hope he starts sleeping soon, love TOMS we have a few pair & haven't been disappointed. :) Can't wait to see their Easter outfits!
I love the shoes!! If this is any comfort for you, Forrest is 6.5 months old, and still does not sleep through the night! I'm not sure if breastfeeding makes any difference, but yeah...looking forward to solid 8 hours of sleep at the night. ;)
I hope both of our 8 hour nights come soon!!!! I'll feel like a new woman haha :)
